Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required to confirm; the balance is paid on or before boarding. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, bank transfers and cash.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before charter. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. Weather cancellations are rescheduled or fully refunded at our discretion.

Conduct & Safety

Captain's instructions take precedence at all times. Glass containers, illegal substances, and unsafe behaviour are prohibited and may result in early return without refund.

Liability

Atlantis Yachts Dubai carries comprehensive marine insurance. Guests participate in water activities at their own risk. We are not liable for personal property loss or damage.
